We exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following delivery methods to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery (3–5 business days):

• Cost: £5.95 (Free on orders over £500).

• Reliable service with tracking provided.

• Express Next-Day Delivery (Orders placed before 12:00 PM):

• Cost: £12.00.

• Priority dispatch for when you need your set urgently.

 

3. Processing Time

All orders are meticulously inspected, packed in our signature protective designer gift boxes, and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

4. Safe Arrival Guarantee

We understand the fragile nature of our products. Every order is packed using specialized, shock-absorbent materials to ensure your items arrive perfectly intact. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photograph of the item and the packaging, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement immediately.
